Deliver To You NI Ltd is a Delivery Service Partner. It is building a new dedicated team of individuals who will be focused on providing a delivery service to the public throughout the year. We are passionate about our business and require likeminded individuals to join our rapidly expanding team.
You will be an experienced commercial delivery driver and capable of controlling a branded vehicle that represents one of the most recognised brands in the world.
We are looking for self-employed delivery drivers who want to enjoy their work, enjoy the camaraderie of others, want to succeed and most importantly want to be the best delivery drivers in the Belfast area and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
Loading the delivery vehicle from a staging area - may include some heavy lifting up to 20kg
Parcel delivery around the greater Belfast area and beyond
Parcels pre-scanned, organised and numbered in drop order
Approximately 150 + drops per route
Criteria
Recent experience as a delivery driver (preferable but not essential)
Self-employed status (dont worry we can help with this if not ready)
Clean driving licence (Max 6 points considered)
Good communication skills and be able to problem solve
Be able to work weekends
Good teamwork skills along with the ability to work on your own
Pass a drug and alcohol test (we pay for this)
Pass a criminal record check (we pay for this)
We will provide
Brand new Mercedes Vans customised for the job (which remain on site overnight)
Uniform (you will need to provide your own steel toe cap safety shoes/boots when in the station)
Fuel
Appropriate in-van device technology
Insurance
Weekly pay + bonuses (subject to performance)
108.90/day + VAT (If Vat registered) and increased rate in peak times
