What you'll do

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial HVAC markets
2. Evaluate client needs and design customized HVAC solutions
3. Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation
4. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams for accurate and feasible solutions
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
6. Conduct site visits, surveys, and system assessments
7. Deliver professional presentations to decision-makers
8. Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to close profitable deals
9. Track sales activity and maintain pipeline reports
10. Stay current on HVAC technologies, industry trends, and local codes

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred)
2. 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical principles
4. Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close deals
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Experience with AutoCAD or estimating software is a plus
