Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

• Process and verify vendor invoices for timely and accurate payment

• Generate and send customer invoices; follow up on outstanding accounts

• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve billing issues

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient financial workflows

• Support monthly closings and reporting as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR or a similar accounting role preferred

• Experience with ERP systems; Acumatica experience is a plus

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively with a team
