Recovery Program Assistant at Community Health Programs Inc – Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 / hour

Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours per week)

The Recovery Program Assistant position is contingent upon grant funds, employment will depend on the successful acquisition and continuation of the behavioral health grant.

The Recovery Program Assistant ensures effective coordination, communication, and follow-through across the CHP Recovery Team and CHP sites. This position combines patient care coordination, data tracking and input, and quality improvement to strengthen program delivery and outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, mission-driven, and able to manage their time and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
