Contractor is looking to add a team member to support our field team, project managers, and general office team.

We are seeking someone that matches these requirements:

• Able to work Excel spreadsheet and excellent computer skills
• Onboarding and performance management
• Familiar with standard office equipment and a printing plotter
• Able to multi-task
• Think fast and react fast
• Must have great customer relationship skills
• Able to communicate with office staff and field personnel
• Must have familiarity with Paylocity
• Ensure we are in HR compliance with numerous state labor laws
• Assist accounting on payroll reviews
• Administer company benefits and vacation requests
