Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient health status
- Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records
- Complete and document vital signs, withdrawal assessments, safety assessments, and nursing evaluations
- Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to physicians and treatment teams
- Respond to changing patient needs and clinical situations
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, counselors, and behavioral health staff to provide quality patient care
- Conduct patient rounds and support facility safety procedures
- Provide patient and family education related to treatment and recovery
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with admissions, orientations, and other clinical support functions

- Current and unrestricted Texas LVN license
- Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
- Behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or psychiatric nursing experience is a plus
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a changing environment
- Knowledge of medication administration, patient monitoring, and nursing standards of care
- Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
