Job Types: Full-Time

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Visits patients to assess and evaluate patient’s status.
- Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Provides health care instructions to the patient & family.
- Completes, maintains and submits accurate and relevant clinical notes in electronic EMR.
- Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver.

Location: Working on the road /Field Nurse
Service Coverage Area: South Orange County

Position Qualifications:
- CA RN License
- CPR/BLS certification
- CA Driver License
