Sr. Manager of Sales Strategy (Remote)

In this high-impact role, you will work closely with executive leadership to shape and execute the company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue planning and optimizing territory strategies, ensuring effective resource allocation and measurable performance outcomes. Accountabilities- Own end-to-end territory design and segmentation strategy.
- Lead annual planning cycles and capacity modeling.
- Evaluate and optimize territory performance continuously.
- Define revenue performance metrics across the business.
- Own the performance analytics framework.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Design and evolve reporting infrastructure and dashboards.
- Act as a strategic partner influencing planning and investment decisions.
- Lead cross-functional alignment independently.
- Implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale initiatives.
- Strong experience with senior stakeholders (VP level).
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Expertise in Salesforce and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions.
