Position: EHSR Advisor (Environment, Health, Safety & Reliability)
Location: Clairmont Reports To: Operations Manager
Position Summary:
The EHSR Advisor partners closely with Operations to drive safety, environmental compliance, and reliability initiatives. This role supports incident response, auditing, training, and data analysis to promote a high-reliability culture across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support implementation of the EHSR Management System across field and shop operations
· Respond to and investigate incidents and coordinate post-incident requirements
· Conduct field audits, inspections, and facility reviews
· Lead Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings and weekly safety meetings
· Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies
· Ensure environmental compliance, including waste management and ESG reporting
· Support the radiation safety program, including training, inspections, and procedures
· Monitor DOT compliance, including ELDs, DVIRs, and driver coaching
· Track training compliance and support onboarding initiatives
· Analyze EHSR data, develop reports, and identify trends for continuous improvement
· Maintain systems including EHS Insight, LMS, and document control platforms
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in an HSE/EHS role (oil and gas experience preferred)
· Experience with HSE management systems and learning management platforms
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
· Strong incident investigation, auditing, and communication skills
· Leadership and training experience considered an asset
· HSA/NCSO and OHS Certificate or Diploma preferred
· Class 1 license considered an asset
