Kitchen Team Member at That Ziki – Leeds, England

ThatZiki is home to Greek Street Food. We originally started from a food truck and are growing at pace, this role is located in our third, and biggest site, in Leeds city centre - postcode LS1.

We are now on the look out for people who want to be part of our expanding business.

Our aim is to provide freshly cooked Greek Street food. We have ambitious plans for the next few years and we’d love you to join us on our journey.

This is for a full time role as part of our team, perfect for anyone looking for guaranteed hours every week.

What will life as a kitchen assistant at ThatZiki look like for you?

• You’ll be working in our new unit in Leeds Trinity.

• You’ll get a free meal and drinks on shifts over 6 hours.

• £12.71 an hour.

• Once you’re on board with us you’ll be entitled to holiday pay.

• You will have at the very least 2 block days off each week.

What you’ll be doing?

Helping to give customers an excellent experience by:

• Helping with daily food preparation.

• Be comfortable working in a busy environment.

• Working on our line to to make our made order signature Greek Gyros, Loaded Fries and fresh salads.

• Grilling Halloumi and Pitas to order.

• At the end of service storing food and cleaning the kitchen.

What we are looking for from you?

• Anyone with an interest and passion for food.

• Catering or kitchen experience is not required but preferable.

• Knowledge of good hygiene and safety within a kitchen however training can be provided.

• We have several shifts available weekly, this role is for between 30 and 40 hours. Dependant on the applicants preference. You will need to also be able to work at least 2 out of Friday, Saturday or Sunday on weekends. we aim to give you have at the very least 2 block days off each week.
