- Build and nurture value-based relationships with new and existing SMB customers across the North American market to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Own and manage a personal sales quota, ensuring consistent achievement of targets through proactive pipeline management and deal execution.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities by identifying accounts with high purchase intent and expansion potential.
- Qualify and convert marketing-qualified leads within defined SLAs to accelerate revenue contribution.
- Research customer contracts, usage patterns, and purchasing history to uncover expansion and renewal opportunities.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, progress tracking, and reporting to management.
- Collaborate with solution specialists and cross-functional teams to expand adoption of digital solutions across multiple product areas.
- Support customers in resolving subscription and product-related issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, inside sales, or account management roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling approaches effectively.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to research accounts and identify growth opportunities.
