What You’ll Do

As our Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our restaurant. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build strong relationships with team members and guests alike, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling to optimize resources effectively.
• Uphold and promote the company’s values of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.

Store Conditions:

• Counter areas often hot with steam from induction table

• Hot kitchens with high noise levels

• Limited workspace depending on location

Physical Requirements:

• Remains standing for long periods of time

• Reaches across counter tops measured at 36 inches

• Occasionally reaches high storage shelving with use of step ladder

• Performs repetitive tasks

• Cross training may include use of Chinese cook knife, wok, and other restaurant equipment

• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment with hot and cold foods
