What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service
• Facilitate hands-on daily activities that bring science, art, and imagination to life
• Lead group tours through museum galleries, ensuring a safe and educational experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment that supports safe play
• Support overall guest experience initiatives on the museum floor
• Occasionally step into the role of our beloved mascot, “MiChiMu,” bringing high energy and big smiles
• Other duties as assigned

• Has a natural rapport with children (birth–5th grade) and families
• Brings high energy, positivity, and a proactive attitude
• Communicates clearly and confidently with both children and adults
• Can manage groups with patience, flexibility, and professionalism
• Thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment
• Is available to work evenings and weekends
