We are looking for a detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to support our surgical team by ensuring efficient instrument processing and operatory turnover.

SCHEDULE:

• Aligned with surgical blocks, with potential cross-training for additional administrative or clinical support.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Instrument cleaning, packaging, and autoclave management
• Maintain sterilization logs and regulatory compliance
• Operatory setup and rapid turnover between cases
• Monitor supply levels and assist with inventory
• Support clinical team to maintain optimal patient flow

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dental sterilization experience preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of infection control
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
