We're looking for a skilled machinist to help produce precision automotive components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This isn't entry-level - this is for someone who takes pride in getting measurements exactly right.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Load raw materials and remove finished parts
• Verify dimensions and tolerances to ensure top-quality output
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We're Looking For:
• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
