Carolina Estate Planning is seeking an outgoing and personable Client Liaison who enjoys connecting with clients and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our firm. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping them feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their relationship with our team.

The ideal candidate enjoys meaningful conversations, is an active listener, and takes pride in delivering outstanding client service. Much of your day will involve speaking with clients, checking in on their experience, and helping coordinate solutions when questions or concerns arise. At the same time, you will follow clear policies, procedures, and systems to keep client information organized and ensure a smooth experience.

Compensation:

$50,000+ incentive compensation

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will spend your days building relationships and supporting clients. You will:

  • Connect with new clients after their initial meeting to introduce yourself and schedule their welcome session.
  • Host welcome meetings that help clients understand how to work with our firm and how to use client tools.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and conversations.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients who have questions, concerns, or feedback.
  • Listen carefully and respond thoughtfully when clients need assistance or express concerns.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate team members to help resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our systems.
  • Collect client feedback through surveys and conversations so we can continually improve our service.
  • Encourage satisfied clients to share their experience through online reviews.
  • Maintain relationships with past clients through outreach calls and follow-up conversations.
  • Communicate regularly with the team to ensure every client receives excellent service.
Qualifications:

  • Have experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, medical offices, or another people-focused role.
  • Are comfortable using technology, including CRM or case management systems.
  • Have education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.

People who thrive in this role typically enjoy talking with people throughout the day, building trust with clients, and helping others feel supported. Candidates who prefer minimal phone interaction or limited client communication may not enjoy this position.
