GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to serve as the front line of our company. In this role, you will deliver a superior customer experience while balancing customer support and sales responsibilities. You will act as the face of the company—building trust, strengthening relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, supporting sales growth
- Act as a knowledgeable and professional representative of the company in all interactions
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer communications and records
- Organize and manage customer information, interactions, and follow-ups efficiently
- Perform order maintenance, including entering, updating, tracking, and verifying orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, delays, or special requests
- Perform light data entry and maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
• Associate degree preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
Experience:
• 2–3 years of customer service, administrative support, or data entry experience.
• Promotional product industry experience a bonus but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel preferred.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and order management tools
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or order processing preferred
