Chief Administration and Outside Sales Drive Growth and Operational Excellence
Job Overview:
Company: Peninsula Siding Company.
Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000 - $118,000 per year (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.
Location: San Mateo County / San Francisco Peninsula (Onsite).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Project Scope: Residential Design-Build / Remodeling.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
The Opportunity: You will occupy a high-impact hybrid leadership role, bridging the gap between front-end sales growth and back-end administrative precision. This position offers the rare chance to influence the entire project lifecycle for a premier design-build firm with a 37-year history of success.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Spearhead outside sales initiatives to identify and secure high-value residential remodeling projects.
Direct day-to-day administrative operations to ensure seamless communication between the office and field.
Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through contract signing to ensure an elite customer experience.
Develop and implement streamlined administrative workflows to increase company-wide efficiency.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure sales commitments align with operational capacity.
Utilize advanced computer skills to maintain accurate project documentation, CRM data, and sales forecasting.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in both sales and management.
Extensive background in the construction or remodeling industry with a deep understanding of project lifecycles.
Proven track record of high-performance outside sales and successful lead conversion.
Advanced computer literacy and experience managing complex administrative systems.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Self-motivated personality with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Deep familiarity with the San Francisco Peninsula residential market and local client expectations.
