Pay: $22.00/hour + $350 Monthly Auto Allowance + Tiered commission ($200-$300 per lease)
Earning Potential: Strong performers $80k- $85k+ annually
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay, LA, and Long Beach. . If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by the potential for uncapped commissions backed by a written agreement, this is the opportunity for you.
Important: This role requires full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
You will regularly assist Spanish-speaking residents and prospects, so if you are not fluent in Spanish, please do not apply.
What You’ll Do
· Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
· Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
· Prepare, review, and process applications and lease documents
· Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
· Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
· Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
· Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
Requirements:- Fluent Spanish and English (Required: must be able to communicate professionally in both languages)
- Experience in leasing residential apartments (multifamily properties)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required)
Work Environment & Travel Expectations
Candidates should be comfortable working from our Long Beach office as part of their routine and traveling to assigned properties throughout the day based on business needs.
Commission Tiers: (resets monthly)
• 1–5 leases: $200 per lease
• 6–10 leases: $250 per lease
• 11+ leases: $300 per lease
Top performers consistently exceed 10+ leases per month.
