  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, research, and support to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate adoption risks across organizational, operational, and technical dimensions.
  • Establish feedback loops from real-world usage, training, and support channels to continuously refine product strategy.
  • Facilitate agile product development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive organizational change and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable adoption beyond product delivery.
  • Navigate complex environments and align solutions with existing systems, processes, and constraints.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management, with the ability to define and execute product strategies focused on outcomes and user value.
  • Strong understanding of lean and agile methodologies, including MVP development and iterative delivery.
  • Experience driving user adoption, change management, or enablement initiatives in complex environments.
  • Ability to translate research insights into actionable product decisions and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in professional services or client-facing environments.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability practices.
  • Passion for delivering impactful digital solutions and improving service delivery outcomes.
  • Nice to have: experience with large-scale user populations, UAT processes, or platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary depending on level:
    • Senior: $150,000–$185,000
    • Staff: $170,000–$203,000

  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with generous employer matching and no vesting period.
  • Flexible paid time off (approximately 25 days per year) plus federal holidays.
  • Paid parental leave up to 12 weeks.
  • Performance-based bonuses, salary increases, and potential equity options.
