About This Position
Location: Paws On Tap - Whitestown, IN
Type: Full-Time
Paws On Tap is a dog-friendly, self-pour taproom and beer garden built around great drinks, simple food, and a community-first experience.
Guests control their own pours, order food from their phones, and enjoy a clean, safe environment designed for both people and their dogs.
This is not a traditional bar or restaurant. We operate with:
- Self-pour technology
- Mobile food ordering
- Strict dog safety policies
- A high standard for guest experience and accountability
We are building something unique and are looking for a General Manager who wants to help shape it from the ground up.
The Role
You are responsible for the full operation - front of house, back of house, staff, guests, and the overall experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set the tone, build the team, and ensure the business runs smoothly at all times.
You are not managing a shift. You are running the business day to day.
What This Role Is (and Isn’t)This is a ground-floor leadership role, not a fully built operation.
Compensation is below top-tier GM market rates. In exchange, you’ll have real ownership of the operation, the ability to shape the team and systems, and a clear path to grow as the business scales.
If you’re looking for a fully established environment with top-of-market pay on day one, this isn’t the right fit.
If you want to build something and be accountable for its success, we should talk.
