Make Ready / Porter at Tarantino Properties Inc – Dallas, Texas

Veranda Flats Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready/ Porter.

Duties:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Should have knowledge of painting
• Basic makeready skills
• Should be able to lift more than 20lbs
• Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
• Knowledge of appliances
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.
