What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Guide customers through policy updates, payments, and other underwriting-related tasks.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by resolving challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure accuracy in processing policy changes and identify logical next steps for follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, document processes, and improve efficiency.
- Review work for quality and suggest improvements to enhance operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of actions and decisions for each customer interaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent underwriting experience; prior leadership experience required.
- Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Resident General Lines License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Language Skills: MUST BE Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal proficiency).
- Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Mindset: Adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work after hours or weekends as needed.
