ASST PATIENT CARE MANAGER at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center – Tampa, Florida

We are currently seeking an Assistant Patient Care MGR for our Infusion Clinic located at our South Shore campus:

The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of nursing operations,
ensuring quality care for patients and their families. Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides support
for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organization
goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing or Associate's degree with BSN in
process, to be completed within 4 years from date of hire.

Preferred Education: Masters of Nursing

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current FL Nursing license and current BLS

Minimum Experience Required
Minimum three (3) years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting

Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required
Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Advanced nursing skills; IV therapy,
intervention with emergencies, teaching skills. Demonstrated competency in in-patient and out-patient
best practices including patient care, technology, and processes
Preferred Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
Oncology experience preferred
