Job Description:

· Sweep, mop, wash, strip, wax and polish floors

· Dust furniture

· Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture

· Make beds and change sheets

· Distribute clean towels and toiletries

· Stock linen closet

· Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

· Disinfect operating rooms and other areas

· Clean and disinfect elevators

· Handle and report lost and found items

· Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items

· Provide basic information on facilities

· Pick up debris and empty trash containers

· Wash windows, walls and ceilings

· Clean changing rooms and showers

· May handle customers' complaints or concerns

· Report and store lost and found items

Requirements:

- Education: No formal education is required

- Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.

- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

- Personal suitability: Reliability, Organized, Team player, Dependability

- Language: Basic level of English is required

Salary: $19.00 hourly, 40.00 hours per week.

Important Information:

The position requires flexibility in scheduling based on business needs. The work schedule is from 8 am – 4:30 pm. Weekend work will be required. Please note that we are located in a rural area.
