Mid-Level Accountant (Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks Required)
$80,000 - $95,000 a year
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong experience using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks and a solid understanding of general accounting principles
Salary: $80,000-95,000/year depending on experience
This is a hybrid opening (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities: - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Create and maintain financial reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- 4-10 years related work experience
$80,000 - $95,000 a year
