We are currently recruiting for a Operations Specialist Part-Time Intern to work on-site at our headquarters in Opelika, Alabama. Our Operations Specialist Interns are key to building upon our great relationships with our clients and our success in delivering products that meet their needs as well as those of our community.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
- Support our Client Experience and Client Onboarding teams with client discussions including kick-off calls, App reviews, Control Panel walk-throughs, quarterly check-ins, and more.
- Assist the operations team with client project managements tasks including, quality control testings, content gathering, etc.
- Assist in documenting evolving processes and procedures, recommending any changes to make systems more efficient.
- Perform regular visits to our apps in-store and run quality control procedures.
- Help provide detailed reports to Client Success on Client usage and analytics.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to strengthen client relationships and client retention efforts.
- Assist sales reps who have inbound questions and communicate project statuses.
What We Require for This Role:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university in Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field
- Authorization to work in U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with solid time management abilities.
- Passionate about customer service and strategic problem-solving.
- Ability to learn quickly and exhibit technical savviness, with a curiosity that drives impact
