Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to manage day-to-day operations for our Shopify store. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing subscription-based models and ensuring a seamless backend experience for customers.
Shopify Management: Handle product uploads, updates, and general store maintenance. Ensure all listings are accurate and optimized.
Subscription Management (Skio): Manage customer subscriptions, troubleshoot recurring billing issues, and handle swaps or cancellations within the Skio platform. This is essential
Order Coordination: Monitor incoming orders and ensure they are moving through the fulfillment pipeline efficiently.
Customer Support: Address inquiries related to orders, shipping, and subscription modifications with a high level of professionalism.
Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate stock levels and alert the team when inventory for key products is running low.
Shopify Expertise: Proven experience navigating the Shopify admin dashboard and apps.
Skio Proficiency: Direct experience managing subscriptions via Skio is a non-negotiable requirement.
E-commerce Background: At least 2+ years of experience working with online retail brands.
Technical Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new tools and troubleshoot minor technical glitches.
Communication: Excellent written English skills for internal reporting and external customer interactions.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
Basic understanding of inventory management software.
Available to work during designated business hours with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Salary: PHP 18,000/month to PHP 20,000/month
