This senior-level role is designed for a strategic growth professional who will drive business expansion and cultivate long-term, high-value client relationships. You will lead both new business development and the growth of existing accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. The position requires strong consultative skills, an understanding of digital strategy and technology, and the ability to align client needs with innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams, Sales, and Operations to ensure exceptional client experiences and identify opportunities for mutual growth. Significant travel may be required to engage clients and build relationships across a broad geographic region. The role offers a high-impact environment with exposure to executive leadership and the chance to influence organizational strategy.
- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities, building relationships and guiding prospects through the sales cycle from engagement to contract negotiation.
- Serve as the executive relationship manager for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring delivery of exceptional value and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Project Management, Strategy, Design, and Operations—to align client engagements with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges, long-term vision, and success metrics.
- Represent the organization at industry events, developing networks and identifying partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to company strategy as a member of the leadership team, providing insights on growth, client trends, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in client-facing, revenue-generating roles within digital agencies, consultancies, or professional services firms.
- Proven track record in consultative selling, managing complex sales cycles (12+ months) and six-to-seven-figure deals.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong strategic acumen and ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable digital solutions.
- Foundational knowledge of digital strategy, user experience design, and modern software development.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required to support client engagement and business development.
- Preferred: experience in the healthcare sector, existing network of senior-level contacts, and prior collaboration with delivery teams on strategic client projects.
