Servers at this franchise location play a key role in ensuring each guest’s visit is seamless, fun, and memorable. Beyond taking orders, Servers guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and contribute to an upbeat, engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow service standards for guest engagement, including prompt drink service and upselling techniques.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them using POS system.
- Serve food and beverages courteously, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, promotions, and beverage offerings.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the experience and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and guest-ready environment around tables, simulators, and shared spaces.
- Assist guests with the use of golf simulators and other facility features as needed.
- Verify guests’ legal drinking age and follow all alcohol service laws and serve alcohol responsibly.
- Support pre-shift preparation and end-of-day closing responsibilities.
- Maintain knowledge of all current offerings, promotions, and technology used in the facility.

- Maintain necessary food and alcohol server certifications required.

Job Type: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Variable Hours

Schedule: Hours vary weekly, with emphasis on nights and weekends

- 1 year high volume Server experience required.

- Energetic, team-oriented, and guest-focused.

- Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Must meet state/local requirements for alcohol service certifications.

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
