Online Japanese Language Instructor at LTC Language Solutions

LTC Language Solutions is seeking a Japanese instructor for online tutoring. We are a language service provider specializing in language and cultural training for relocating expats. This is a freelance contract position.

We have an adult professional learner requesting the following services:

• Language Class: Beginner Japanese for one adult (native Korean speaker)
• Location: Virtual lessons via MS Teams
• Schedule: Weekend sessions only (exact days/times to be confirmed)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Up to 50 hours
• Requirements:
  • Native or near-native Japanese speaker
  • Must also speak Korean to explain writing systems and grammar when needed
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience teaching adults
  • Experience teaching beginners, especially with hiragana, katakana, and kanji
  • Comfortable using bilingual Korean–Japanese materials
• Compensation: Negotiable
• Curriculum:
  • Based on student goals
  • Focus on literacy (hiragana/katakana/early kanji), daily-life communication, and workplace conversation
  • Instructor expected to supplement with authentic materials and bilingual resources
  • LTC will cover the cost of textbooks if required
