As a Senior Product Designer - Software Platform, you will play a critical role in shaping the foundational experiences that power the Tive platform. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to solve complex workflow, data, and platform challenges that impact customers at scale.

You'll lead product design from discovery to delivery, contributing to customer-facing product experiences, mobile applications, and the design systems that power them

Our ideal candidate has:

5–8+ years of product design experience working on complex digital productsExperience designing and delivering products in B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or data-rich platformsStrong UX and interaction design fundamentals, including information architecture, workflows, and hierarchyProven ability to independently own design problems while collaborating closely with product and engineering partnersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffsExperience conducting or leading user research and synthesizing insights into product decisionsExperience as a critical voice in design reviews, product reviews, and cross-functional critiques

Nice-to-have:

Experience designing for native mobile and responsive web applicationsBackground evolving a design system (components, patterns, and usage guidelines)Familiarity working in platform or systems-oriented product environmentsExperience iterating on shipped products using customer feedback and product data

What you'll be doing:

Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, from early discovery through final implementationTranslate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive experiencesDesign and optimize workflows for data-heavy use cases such as alerts, timelines, dashboards, automations, and configuration flowsDrive effective design decisions using sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypesPartner closely with Product Managers to shape problem definitions, scope, and timelinesCollaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, accessible, and production-readyContribute to Tive's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platformApply systems thinking to balance immediate product needs with long-term platform improvementsDefine opportunities and solutions for critical features across web and mobile platforms

This role is available to candidates located within the United States in the EST time zone.Hybrid work is available for candidates near the Boston office; fully remote options are also supported
