We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for service

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion

- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving

- Adhere to portion control and waste reduction guidelines

- Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus
