Are you warm, friendly, detail-oriented, and great with both people and pets? Our Guest Services Associates are the heart of the resort—welcoming clients, supporting smooth operations, and ensuring every guest (two-legged and four-legged!) enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves pets, and enjoys helping clients feel confident and cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients in person and by phone with a professional, welcoming attitude
• Handle check-ins/outs, payments, vaccine verification, and client instructions
• Schedule services such as boarding, grooming, training, and daycare evaluations
• Keep reservations accurate and updated throughout the day
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and messages
• Communicate client needs clearly across departments
• Maintain clean, organized, guest-ready spaces
• Support retail with product recommendations and tidy displays
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a high-traffic environment
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and billing skills
• Comfortable working around animals of all sizes
• Dependable, flexible, and available on weekends/holidays
• Able to stand and move for long periods and safely handle pets up to 100 lbs
