Job Overview

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, with Overtime as required.

• Project Scope: Federal / Light Renovation Construction (Military Base Facility).

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Ability to pass a Federal Background Check and a Valid Drivers License preferred.

The Opportunity You will play a key role in supporting daily operations on a federal construction site, ensuring the jobsite remains safe, organized, and running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in federal construction while working with a team that values reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic. Your contributions will directly support the successful completion of a renovation project on an active military installation.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite through daily clean-up and material management.

• Set up and maintain temporary fencing, barriers, and site boundaries to ensure compliance and safety.

• Install and manage plastic dust barriers to protect active work areas and maintain site integrity.

• Support field operations by assisting supervisors and team members with general labor tasks.

• Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are properly staged and maintained on-site.

• Follow all federal jobsite safety protocols and project requirements at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoorsStrong reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Physical ability to lift materials, work on your feet, and perform general labor tasks.

• Basic familiarity with construction environments or labor work is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in construction, general labor, or jobsite support roles.

• Valid drivers license.

• Familiarity with jobsite safety practices and procedures.
