Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Own product portfolio P&L performance to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives
- Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps to support growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability
- Manage full product lifecycle strategy including launches, growth initiatives, portfolio optimization, and rationalization
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, marketing, and sales teams to drive execution
- Oversee new product development projects from business case through commercialization and launch
- Support contract manufacturing partnerships, including supplier coordination, launch support, capacity planning, and quality alignment
- Identify operational and supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect production and business continuity
- Monitor portfolio performance, key innovation metrics, and market trends to refine strategy and improve results
- Collaborate with channel management and marketing teams to support product campaigns and revenue goals
- Partner with technical experts and key opinion leaders to strengthen product positioning and market credibility
- Manage budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and return on investment
Required Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of marketing or sales experience with at least 3+ years in product management or related leadership roles
- Strong product portfolio and P&L management experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives from concept through launch
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to supply chain operations
- Experience supporting contract manufacturing or external supplier partnerships
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and margins
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
