Parts & Shipping/Receiving Associate in Shakopee, Minnesota at Pleasureland Inc

PleasureLand RV Center is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team. This position is a mix of shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and customer support.

You do not need RV experience to apply. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable using computers, and willing to learn.

PleasureLand RV has been family-owned since 1971 and is the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping people, and keeping things organized, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will help keep our parts department running smoothly by receiving freight, organizing inventory, processing orders, and helping customers get the parts they need. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts and freight
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments
• Label, stock, and organize parts inventory
• Help customers in person and over the phone
• Look up parts, process orders, and follow up when parts arrive
• Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and daily organization
• Work with vendors, customers, and team members to solve issues
• Keep the parts area clean, organized, and easy to work in

• Willing to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays

Helpful Experience, But Not Required

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Parts department
• Shipping and receiving
• Warehouse or inventory work
• Forklift operation
• RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or equipment parts
