About This Position

  • Handle and prepare meat products.
  • Cutting, Wrapping, packaging, labeling meat and meat products
  • Working in the cooler
  • Proceed customer meat orders and special-order meat product requests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements.
  • Comply and implement all applicable company standards.
  • Comply with all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives.
  • Participate in the training of junior staff.
  • Other duties as required.
