IAM & Endpoint Administrator at RSC2 – Tucson, Arizona

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join RSC2 INC!

The IAM & Endpoint Administrator is responsible for managing identity, access, and endpoint security across RSC2’s enterprise. This role ensures secure authentication, device compliance, Intune oversight, conditional access, and user lifecycle management. This role reports directly to the CIO and supports IT Operations, Security, Program Leadership, and federal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identity & Access Management
• Administer Entra ID identities, groups, and roles.
• Manage user lifecycle processes with RBAC alignment.
• Maintain Conditional Access, MFA enforcement, and identity baselines.
• Monitor identity risk events and alerts.
• Support privileged access processes.
• Endpoint Security & Administration
• Oversee Intune device enrollment, profiles, compliance policies, and app deployments.
• Harden Windows endpoints including patching and Defender policies.
• Maintain endpoint inventory and secure configurations.
• Support mobile device and BYOD controls.
• Security & Compliance
• Support CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Prepare audit evidence and reports.
• Troubleshoot identity and compliance issues.
• Maintain secure configurations for M365 services.
• Operational Support
• Provide Tier II/III IAM and endpoint support.
• Maintain documentation for IAM and device configurations.
• Participate in incident response involving identity or devices.
• Support new system and access requirements.

Education, Experience & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 YOE in lieu of
• 5 Years of Experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance (required).
• CompTIA Security+ CE (required).
• Minimum 5 years administering Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoints.
• Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and identity security.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC frameworks.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker, patching)

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $85,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
