Compensation: Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care with respect, excellence, and concern.Manage overall care of assigned patients.Respond to physician orders and perform clinical assessments.Document patient progress and provide thorough shift reports.Work collaboratively with PCTs and Respiratory Therapists.Supervise LPNs and PCTs.Ensure patient confidentiality and safety.Participate in quality improvement and educational activities.Requirements:

Skills and Abilities:Analytical skills for patient assessment.Strong interpersonal skills.Physical ability for standing, walking, and lifting patients.Ability to work under pressure.Teamwork and technical skills.Experience:Recent hospital experience preferred.Experience with ventilators, wound care, or critical care.Certifications:Nursing diploma, AA, AS, or Bachelor's degree.Illinois RN license.CPR certification; ACLS preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.Working Conditions:

Bonus:

$12,500 sign-on bonus (terms apply).
