About Us: L&R Distributors is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA, and more) through three regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey, and Nevada.

Job Overview: We seek Reset Merchandisers to service stores by performing new item cut-ins, resets, remodels, and general shelf maintenance.

Key Details:

Position: Reset Merchandiser – Cosmetics and General Resets

Hours: 30-40 hours - Monday-Friday from 6 am – 6 pm

• Must be able to travel within a 100–200-mile radius of the Denver, CO area.

• Execute department resets and retags according to provided instructions.
• Process customer returns and pack merchandise associated with resets.
• Coordinate with store management during check-in and check-out to address any questions or concerns.
• Ensure cleanliness of shelves and dust products as needed.
• Electronically update relevant systems with reset information and complete time and expense forms.
• Capture and upload pictures of completed work to the designated platform.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D; previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct physical work, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting.
• Proof of car insurance.
• Motor vehicle history with 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months.
• Computer or smartphone with an internet connection.
• Proficiency in basic personal computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
