How you will make an impact:

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Bus Driver to join our team at Village Shores. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and SilverCrest Bus policies. As a Bus Driver at SilverCrest, you will play a vital role in assisting residents on and off the bus, as well as at their destinations. Collaborating with our Programming staff, you will help facilitate outings and activities, providing our residents with enjoyable experiences outside the facility. You will oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the community's bus, diligently recording all maintenance records for future reference.

Schedule: full-time with a requirement to work Fridays and on-call as needed.

What you will need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL license is required
• Minimum of 6 months experience driving a commercial vehicle with passengers.
