Warehouse/Maintenance Associate at CROWE CUSTOM COUNTER TOPS INC – Brentwood, Tennessee

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Service Coordinator/Warehouse to join our team at our Brentwood, TN facility. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and pays attention to detail.

*Needs countertop experience, slab handling experience, good customer service skills, good driving record, and self motivated*

Warehouse Operations

• Keep track of inventory levels and stock movement

• Receive and dispatch stone slabs, ensuring accurate documentation

• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse layout

• Move and stage slabs for customer viewing

• Wipe down slabs and keep outside A-frames clean and organized

• Ensure all pieces are accounted for when dispatching jobs

• Monitor stock of sinks, sundries, and related materials

• Take out trash in both the warehouse and showroom areas

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse daily

• Follow and track forklift maintenance schedule

• Coordinate with landlord on facility-related issues

• Monitor and manage lighting and HVAC systems

Maintenance Duties

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (must be able to operate one)

• Monitor propane levels and manage dumpster usage

• Assist in unloading and loading materials during truck transfers

• Must be available to work on Saturdays if needed

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials

• Forklift operation experience is required

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
