The Sturges Property Management Department is seeking an initiative-taking, experienced property manager to work in a team environment for the management of commercial properties and commercial associations. The Property Manager provides day-to-day facility, lease administration and financial operations to the properties assigned in their respective portfolio.

• An Indiana State Real Estate License is preferred
• Accounting knowledge is beneficial
• Detail Oriented
• Position is on call 24/7, 365 days a year
• This position is based in our downtown location, remote work is not available
• Great communication skills, both written and oral, are essential
• Strong Customer Service skills are crucial to success
• Proven collaboration skills are necessary as property managers work closely with our brokerage, accounting, maintenance and project management teams to provide outstanding service
