The Key Holder position at Buff City Soap is responsible for:

• Opening and/or closing the store.

• Maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment with behaviors that support guest-centric service.

• Accurately handling cash when opening and closing the Makery

• Executing the production plan as directed by Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Shift Supervisor.

• Assist with any guest questions/concerns in the moment.

• Leading the team by example.
