Job Description:
Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for sales and a track record of success? Meta Power Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and lead a high-performing team. As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team of 7 local and 4 off shore sales persons to exceed targets and achieve exceptional results.
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• KPI Tracking: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales team performance and effectiveness.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities in utilities, renewable energy, Electric Vehicle charging stations, and other industrial sectors.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and customer support.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
• Experience in tracking and improving sales KPIs and metrics.
• Electrical industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed.
