Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision and development of the Connect platform to simplify ISP procurement and management.
• Build and scale complex technical products that integrate hardware and software components.
• Develop and optimize full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Go.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and external partners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Solve challenging integration problems to enhance platform functionality and user experience.

QualificationsExperience:

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally within an early-stage startup.
• Proven ability to build and scale complex products during growth phases (Series C-E).
• Experience developing solutions that integrate hardware and software.
• Strong background in managing external partnerships and working with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Go, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Solid foundation in full-stack development, including API integrations and web application scaling.

Education:

• A degree in Computer Science from a reputable university is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an early engineering hire (among the first 5–10 engineers at a successful startup).
• Experience as a founder or early employee in a startup environment.
• Strong product ownership mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach.
