• Starting Nursing Assistant wage | $19.17/hour
• Shift Differential | Up to $3.00/hour

• No prior nursing or medical experience is required
• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
• Must be able to pass MN Background Check

• Provide hands-on personal care
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
• Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities

• CNA training program = 75 hours
• Hybrid program: training is online and in-person
