This position opening is to be located at our Winchester, VA location.

  1. The overall responsibilities of a Erection Foreman include:
  2. Supervises a crew of up to 10 employees.
  3. Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
  4. Conducts regular and tailgate safety meetings.
  5. Must be able to read crane charts.
  6. Must have working knowledge of grade level & transit instruments and calculating elevations.
  7. Must be qualified to operate aerial lifts, and skid-loaders.
  8. Must have knowledge of precast products and be able to erect precast units within PCI tolerances.
  9. Fulfills all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
  10. Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
  11. Enforces all company safety policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crewmember discipline and documentation.
  12. Submits crew members’ timesheets to payroll by deadline.
  13. Attends branch operation meetings as required.
  14. Must have 30hours OSHA training.

Education and Technology

  1. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  2. Prior experience in construction preferred
