Job Description
inFORME healthcare is growing and seeking a full-time Medical Director in Waterbury CT Board Certified or Board Eligible Physical Medicine and Rehab or Internal Medicine Hospitalist Physician(s) with experience in rehab services working with a well-established and prestigious group known for stellar track record in clinical outcomes. This opportunity is full-time working in a well-established hospital. This commitment is on a Monday to Friday based schedule.
This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hr. shift requirement.
We offer a very robust hourly compensation and benefit package. You will experience one of the most collegiate groups of people you will ever work with. The physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a patient centered compassionate environment as a part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.
We Offer: Competitive compensation, $350K per year
An excellent work schedule with flexible shifts (5-6 hours per day)
APP support to share the census when higher volumes and scribe support if needed for documentation prep.
Streamlined licensing and credentialing support
Benefits: Robust Salary including a stipend plus an RVU per visit.
Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Life insurance based on FTE status Retirement plan with match CME Reimbursement Paid Time Off for full-time employees
Malpractice (part or full time), Licensure, & DEA coverage (full time)

Requirements: - Must be board certified or board eligible. - Full unrestricted Medical Licensure in the state where the hospital is located or ability to apply. - Federal DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance Certificate
